Indoor Cycling/Long and Lean Combo

Indoor Cycling/Yoga for Athletes Combo.  Cycling 6-7pm.  Build power and stamina in each cycling class.  Followed by our 75 minutes Long and Lean Yoga.   Drop ins are welcome and must supply your own trainer.

How do the classes work?

You bring your own bike and ride on one of our indoor trainers or bring your own trainer. We have bike storage available at no extra charge for the duration of the session.

What type of bike do I need?

Any Road, Triathlon or Hybrid bike will do as long as it has a smooth tire.

What are the benefits?

  • Most people tend to work harder in a class than they normally do individually. Athletes also tend to work harder on a trainer than on the road.
  • The effort you put in is more consistent. There are no hills to coast down.
  • Group riding is more fun. You can ride with other athletes of different ability levels and nobody is left behind.
  • You are on your own bike and not a spin bike.

What is the cost?

Session runs January 11th to March 15th.


New this year: Drop-in's are available for $14 a session.

Wednesday6:00pm - 60 Minutes followed by 75 minutes of Long and Lean Power Yoga
